Focus On What Matters To You.

Design Your Interface.Protect Your Attention.

Every time you open your browser, someone else decides what you see next. IRIS takes that decision back. You open to a screen you built, holding your goals, your tasks and the links that move them forward. No feed. No rabbit hole. Just the work that matters, one click away.

Design Your Interface.

My IRIS board on desktop: the Focus Map for the quarter, process icons, focus tasks and collapsed process cards.
The same board on a phone: icons, focus tasks and a topic collection in one column.
My actual board, on desktop and on my phone.
A week in the Focus Map with each task linked to a process, such as Claude Build, Draft and Topic Research.
Click the task. The tabs open and the timer starts.
The Focus Map in month view: one goal for October, broken into a goal and tasks for each week.
Quarter, month, week. Every task linked to the work that moves it.
IRIS in Edit mode in light mode, with coloured icons and the add menu open.
Fully customizable. Colours, cards, icons and layout, all yours.

Every time you go online, you pay with your attention.

Your attention is the most valuable thing you own. It is also the most hunted.

Every feed, every red badge, every autoplay is engineered by people paid to keep you there. The same people who build these products limit them for their own children.

So you sit down to work on the thing that matters. You open a browser. Ten minutes later you're three videos deep, carrying around three things you never asked for.

The problem you were about to crack is gone. So you never really arrive anywhere. That's why projects stall, goals slip, and the week ends with nothing to show for it.

Are you ok with that?

I'm not. And willpower alone was never going to fix it. The fix is to change what's in front of you.

IRIS is a defence system for your focus.

Data protection is hard. Attention protection is simple. Decide what you interact with, decide how you do it, and build your screen around that. IRIS is the tool that does it. Set it up once and it keeps working every time you open your browser.

Land on your priorities, not a feed

IRIS becomes your start page. One clean board with only the links, notes and tasks you chose. Nothing recommended. Nothing you didn't put there.

Open a whole workflow in one click

Every icon is a process. Stack the tabs you need for writing, research or trading, and they open together, in order. No hunting, no detours.

Go from plan to action instantly

The Focus Map holds one goal for the week, month and quarter, with your tasks for each day. Link a task to a process and clicking it opens everything you need to do it.

Time that tracks itself

Link your processes to sections like Research or Deep Work. Open one and the timer starts. Switch and it switches. See exactly where your week went against your targets.

Think clearly, decide fast

A clean editor for notes, task lists inside every collection, and Eisenhower and SWOT models to sort what matters from what's just loud.

One mode for work, another for life

Profiles give you separate boards for focus, study or rest. Switch and everything else disappears, so the wrong things never compete for your attention.

Works on your computer and your phone. Your layout follows you to every browser you log into.

I built IRIS for myself. I'm sharing it because it works.

I'm Tommy. I trade NQ futures for a living, a job where one distracted minute costs real money. Before that I was a carpenter who built his own business with his hands.

Both taught me the same lesson. The environment decides the outcome. A clean bench makes clean work. A cluttered screen makes a scattered mind.

So I stopped trying to win with willpower and redesigned my screen instead. IRIS is what I open every morning before the market. It holds my processes, my letter, my research and my time. Nothing else gets in.

I write about will, focus and mental endurance in my letter, How To Be Inevitable. IRIS is that philosophy turned into a tool I use every day.

I didn't build it to sell. I built it because I needed it. Now I want you to have the same edge.

Tommy

Your attention is the edge.
Protect it.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is IRIS?

A web app you set as your browser's start page. Instead of an empty tab or a search engine full of suggestions, you land on your own board, with the links, processes, tasks, notes and time log you chose.

Do I need to install anything?

No. IRIS runs in your browser on your computer and your phone. Log in anywhere and your layout is there.

How long does it take to set up?

You start with a ready-made layout. Swap in your own links and processes in Edit mode, drag things where you want them, and you're done. You can have a working board in a single sitting.

What's the difference between Annual and Founding Membership?

Annual is $69 for a year of access during launch, then $99. Founding Membership is a single $299 payment for lifetime access, plus feature requests, template sharing and early access to the mobile app.

What happens after I pay?

You're sent straight back to IRIS. Create your account with the email you used at checkout and your access is ready.
